

Night TerrorsThe sickening sound of the stifling scream has haunted her from dream to dream and the ghastly, ghostly, shimmering sheen upon the window pain is seen cast on the glass by a tender gleam thrown by a flicker of dying light lit to calm a child's fright but in suffocating darkness takes it's plight swallowed up in the vastness of the night Thus disappearing out of sight leaving not a faint glimmer behind to comfort the senseless child, struck blind no sanctuary from chilling terror she finds and the blackness, stuff of nightmares, holds her troubled mind and sheNight Terrors
